Only the member and MumsAisle are entitled to enforce these Website Terms. No third party is entitled to enforce any of these Website Terms. Not even by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or by any other means.

You may only use this Website for lawful purposes and you may not use it in a way that infringes the rights of anyone else or that restricts or prevents anyone else’s use of the Website.
Without our prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, download, or print any part of this website. You may not use the content of the Website for any commercial purposes whatsoever.
Access and Referral
To place an order, you have to open an account with us or use a trial membership option. Membership registration is free but it means opening an account with us. This will require you to provide some compulsory personal information. A trial member pass which will allow you to check out as a guest for five purchases after which you have to become a member to make any further purchases. When you become a Member, you agree to receiving sale notifications from MumsAisle. Membership can be cancelled via our website by deleting your account or opt to stop receiving email notifications by using the unsubscribe link option at the end of each email.
When you order through the Website via our guest checkout you will still need to provide us with certain compulsory personal information in order for us to process your order. We will not store the details that you provide via guest checkout (save for processing your order, or if you have opted in to receive marketing from us). However, you can choose to register an account with us after submitting your order.
A friend or family referral is another way of becoming a member. Referrals has to fall within the family and friends category. Mass referrals for the purposes of direct or indirect profit making is not permitted under any circumstances. If any suspicious referrals are detected, it will be investigated and might end in the member’s account being deleted.
When an account is created, we will ask you to create a password to access your account from then on. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account. Mum’s Aisle shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account. Order and Payment
All Products are offered for sale subject to availability and subject to MumsAilse.com’s acceptance of the Purchase Order. Members or guests may place orders at http://mumsaisle.co.uk.
Members or guests may add items they desire to pay for to their baskets. The baskets can be amended at anytime during the ordering process.
Products are displayed at tax-inclusive prices.The supplier’s Recommended retail price and the discounted price of each item are displayed. Products are sold with their warranties and and guarantees. Members will be informed of the shipping cost of their order before they make a final confirmation.
When the ‘Checkout” button is clicked and choices are confirmed, the member hereby confirms that the Website’s Terms and Conditions are fully accepted without any reservation.
After an order is placed, you will soon receive notification via email to acknowledge receipt of your order with a status update to say we are processing your order. (MumsAisle will always acknowledge orders received as well as despatch notification via email).
During the checkout process, payment details will be requested. Compulsory fields (indicated by an asterisk) must be completed. UK customers may use all types of credit or debit cards. PayPal payments are also accepted. Completion of payment details guarantees that the Member is fully authorised to use the credit/debit card provided. This applies to PayPal account details as well. The credit/debit card or Paypal account the Member supplies for the purpose of paying for his/her Order must have sufficient funds available to cover all of the costs incurred as a result of the chosen transaction.
The final stage of the Order process is the “Checkout” button. Before clicking this button, the Member would have checked the contents of his/her “basket” and where applicable, amended the choices made. When the “Checkout” button is clicked, the Member hereby states that all of the Terms and Conditions of sale have been fully and unreservedly accepted. Order confirmation then takes place.
Orders shall only be deemed accepted by MumsAisle.com when it is confirmed by email. No Purchase Order shall be deemed accepted by MumsAisle unless and until it is confirmed unconditionally by MumsAisle in writing who reserves the right in its ultimate discretion whether to accept a Purchase Order from time to time from any Member.
Reasons for not accepting an Order may be:
1. Stock unavailability.
2. Payment not being authorised.
3. Changed Product description.
4. Whenever the Member’s eligibility to place an Order in accordance with the criteria (set out in Terms & Conditions) is questioned.
Agreement of sale between Member and MumsAisle.com will only become final once the Order has been confirmed and the corresponding payment has been made. MumsAisle.com will always acknowledge and confirm Orders received from each Member by e-mail.
On some occasions, due to circumstances beyond our control, MumsAisle may be unable to honour an order even after the order has been accepted. MumsAisle will make every effort to avoid such situations, however if it does occur, MumsAisle will make a refund of money received. The Member hereby agrees to accept the refund in full as final settlement of all and any claims it may have as against MumsAisle for non-delivery.
The cost of shipping Orders will be displayed on the Order form before the Member makes the final confirmation of the Order.
We can deliver anywhere in the UK.Our Delivery charges are applied on a sale to sale basis. All import duties are included in the price. Any dates quoted for delivery of the Products are indicative only. MumsAisle will not be liable for any loss or expenses incurred by the Member due to any delay in the delivery of the Products if the delay in delivering or failure to deliver is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Once order is shipped, an email will be sent to inform the member of expected delivery date. We will keep you updated by email if there are any delays to the delivery date.
All Products will be sent to the delivery address provided by the Member during the Order process. Orders paid with PayPal will only be delivered to the corresponding PayPal billing address. Risks that may come with the ordered products (including but not limited to : loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to the member as soon as the products are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.
If you have placed an order from two or more different sales, products from each sale will be sent to you as we receive them. You may receive all the items you ordered from one sale in one shipment or in different shipments. There will be no additional delivery charges for the subsequent delivery of the same order.
Whenever delivery is not made possible because nobody was present at the relevant address at the time of delivery, a notice of attempted delivery shall be put into the letterbox followed by a second attempt of delivery. If the second delivery attempt fails, the Member has the duty to contact the courier to agree upon a date and location to pick the products up. Ten working days after the first delivery attempt, Products will be returned to MumsAisle. At this point , the Member would be deemed to have either failed to contact the courier or refused to do so.
Upon receipt of the returned Products, an attempt will be made to contact the the Member via email with regards to a possible reshipment at the Member’s cost. If contact has not been made with the Member within a reasonable time, MumsAisle will make a refund of the cost of the item to the Member after which MumsAisle will no longer be liable to the Member with regards to the relevant sale.
Conformity of Product
Any literature published or submitted by MumsAisle to the Member which contains any descriptions, specifications, drawings or prices of the Products is published or submitted for guidance only. MumsAisle reserves the right to make minor modifications in the design and specification of the Products without notice to the Member. However, MumsAisle agrees to notify the Member of any major or material modifications which the Member shall be deemed to have accepted unless notification to the contrary is received in writing by MumsAisle within 7 days of delivery.
In the event of faulty goods, the manufacturer’s guarantee period will always be honoured. The product will be replaced or repaired according to its warranty.
You have the right to return a faulty item within 28 days along with proof of purchase.
If an incorrect item has been sent, please accept our apologies. Please contact customer service immediately and arrange for a pick. If it is possible to replace your product, we will do so right away, if you would like us to do so, otherwise, a full refund will be made to your original method of payment.
When will I get a refund for the return?
As soon as we have received your returned products, a refund will be processed within 30 days. We will send you an update by email once we have received and checked your return.
Delivery and Collection Charges and Timescales.
We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Where the supply of your product(s) or service(s) is delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control (for example, material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand) we will make every effort to keep you informed but shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure.
Changes to your order
Any changes to your order must be notified to us in writing and within a reasonable time. If you amend or change your order you may find there are changes to your delivery timetable and / or the price you pay for the item (you will be charged the current selling price on the day you amend your order).
Your right to cancel If you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel (under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (the “Regulations”)), all or part of your contract at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the goods or services you ordered. Any paid delivery charge will be included in your refund once we have received all (not part) of your order to the specified address below. Please note that the delivery charge refund will be to the value of standard delivery. MumsAisle will process your refund within 14 days of receipt of the products, to the specified address.
