We can deliver anywhere in the UK.Our Delivery charges are applied on a sale to sale basis. All import duties are included in the price. Any dates quoted for delivery of the Products are indicative only. MumsAisle will not be liable for any loss or expenses incurred by the Member due to any delay in the delivery of the Products if the delay in delivering or failure to deliver is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Once order is shipped, an email will be sent to inform the member of expected delivery date. We will keep you updated by email if there are any delays to the delivery date.
All Products will be sent to the delivery address provided by the Member during the Order process. Orders paid with PayPal will only be delivered to the corresponding PayPal billing address. Risks that may come with the ordered products (including but not limited to : loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to the member as soon as the products are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.
If you have placed an order from two or more different sales, products from each sale will be sent to you as we receive them. You may receive all the items you ordered from one sale in one shipment or in different shipments. There will be no additional delivery charges for the subsequent delivery of the same order.
Whenever delivery is not made possible because nobody was present at the relevant address at the time of delivery, a notice of attempted delivery shall be put into the letterbox followed by a second attempt of delivery. If the second delivery attempt fails, the Member has the duty to contact the courier to agree upon a date and location to pick the products up. Ten working days after the first delivery attempt, Products will be returned to MumsAisle. At this point , the Member would be deemed to have either failed to contact the courier or refused to do so.
Upon receipt of the returned Products, an attempt will be made to contact the the Member via email with regards to a possible reshipment at the Member’s cost. If contact has not been made with the Member within a reasonable time, MumsAisle will make a refund of the cost of the item to the Member after which MumsAisle will no longer be liable to the Member with regards to the relevant sale.
